Kirk Twiss, F.S.A., M.A.A.A.

Kirk Twiss is a co-founder and Partner at Clear View Solutions, LLC.  Kirk is an actuary with over thirty years of experience in managed care.  Mr. Twiss’ experience includes a wide array of health care actuarial services for government programs with an emphasis on Medicare Advantage and Duals programs.  Most recently he has worked with sponsors of PACE organizations to develop financial projections and proforma financial statements for State and Federal regulators.  He specializes in analytics related to care management and pricing for Medicaid and Medicare populations.

Previously, Mr. Twiss served as a Senior Vice President of Analytics with Universal American, where he worked on expanding the company into new markets for duals, and a Vice President at Optum where he consulted with Medicare and Medicaid health plans on actuarial and financial issues.

Mr. Twiss became a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in 1985 and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries in 1983.  He has a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
