• Tracy Altman, MSJ, MHEd
  Senior Director, Medicare Audit.  Tracy has served in various senior managed care executive positions for nearly 20 years.  She held executive leadership positions in Medicare Advantage and SNP products at  American Health Plans, University of Utah and Molina Health Plans.   At Clear View Solutions Tracy serves as the leader of our Audit practice.

• Jana Brady
  Senior Director, Provider Networks.  Jana has extensive experience in provider relations, network contracting and health plans operations executive at United Healthcare, Molina Health Plans, Windsor Health Plan and Coventry.  She has led provider contracting and credentialing at multiple MA plan start-ups in 10 states since 2014 at Clear View Solutions.

• Sandra Birnbaum, MPH, FNP, RN
  Director of Clinical Operations.  Sandra is an experienced Nurse Practitioner and administrator who has worked with Medicare Advantage programs for over twenty years.  Most recently she served as the Director and Vice President of Medicare programs at Jewish Build for the Blind.  Previously Sandra served as Director of Medicare at Comprehensive Care Management and Manager of Medicare Medical Management at Healthfirst in New York.   Since 2016 Sandra has worked with multiple SNPs on Model of Care development and care management programs with Clear View Solutiosn.

 

• Lauretta Belts
  Director, Provider Networks.  Lauretta is a sales provider network development specialist with over 22 years of managed care experience at Windsor Health Plans and New West Health Services.  She held executive leadership positions at healthcare organizations in group and individual sales.  At Clear View Solutions Lauretta has led provider contracting efforts in multiple states since 2015

 

• Sampson Leff
  Senior Business Intelligence Architect.  Sampson has supported Clear View since 2016 with business intelligence architecture, ETL, data migration, data integration and data visualization projects.  He works closely with team members in claims analysis, provider networks and directory support and other areas. 

 

• Kara Havertz
  Network Manager.   Kara has a diverse background in provider contract negotiations, contract analysis and has held management positions in the industry for over 20 years.  She has worked with Clear View Solutions since 2016 and has successfully negotiated favorable provider agreements for multiple health plans.

 

• Cindy Wright
  Network Manager.  For over 20 years Cindy has held management positions at major national managed care firms including Aetna and United Healthcare, focusing on customer service and provider relations.   Since 2015 Cindy has assisted Clear View clients to complete provider network development through assessment and contract negotiation. 

 

• Wendy Babcock
  Wendy Babcock is a provider network development specialist with 15 years combined supplemental benefit, network contracting, and administrative integration at National Benefits Partner and Northwestern Mutual.  Wendy has been involved and completed contracting efforts for multiple states for Clear View Solutions since 2015.

 

• Jol Portillo
  Senior Analyst.  Jol has served as an Associate with Clear View Solutions since 2014.  His responsibilities include data analysis and research, focusing on analyzing and coordinating provider network information. In this role, he supports the back-end portion of the contracting process when building provider networks by measuring network adequacy, helping manage and organizing provider information, and general information support.  Additionally, Jol supports provider directory development, credentialing and related provider contract information.

Additional staff include a Medical Director, pharmacist,  financial analysts, network contractors, office staff and others.  Staff is supplemented by a highly experienced legal team, consulting actuaries and senior industry executives.
